Ridgefield Park’s 130th 4th of July Parade

July 4 @ 11:30 am - 2:00 pm

FREE

The Ridgefield Park Fourth of July Parade and Celebration, founded in 1894, is one of the oldest parades in the United States and New Jersey. Parade steps off promptly at 11:30 am at Preston St. and Hudson Ave., moving west to Roosevelt Ave., north to Union Place, west to Main St., and south to Brewster Park (adjacent to Route 46). The Grand Marshals this year are Stephen and Linda Guinn; Stephen is a life-long resident (73 years) and his wife Linda for 38 years. They will lead the parade. Along with our program winners, Leilani Assia and Daniel Lopez, there will be fraternal and village organizations, youth and sporting associations, dance teams, and marching bands from all over. Village residents and visitors have enjoyed this event for over a century.
