This class provides a supportive space for men navigating divorce, offering strategies to rebuild confidence, manage emotions, and move forward with purpose. Attendees will discuss personal growth, financial stability, co-parenting, and self-care on April 21st from 6:30PM to 8PM at Montclair Public Library Bellevue Avenue Branch, located at 185 Bellevue Avenue. Each session will include open discussions and practical exercises to help participants take actionable steps in their healing journey.
