A Menu You Won't Forget

The Hudson Rose has teamed up with Fossil Farms — a company that specializes in providing high-quality, all-natural meats and farm-raised game — to host a six-course tasting dinner at its Nutley location. Hudson Rose’s executive Chef, Andrew Riccatelli, along with Chefs Bianca Concepcion and Jeff Galan of Fossil Farms, have thoughtfully designed the menu to highlight various Fossil Farms meats and products like venison, rabbit, and wild boar. And because no dinner is complete without a drink to wash it all down, the team has put together a special wine-pairing menu to elevate the flavors of the dishes.
