Summer is quickly approaching, and if you’re unsure how you’ll entertain your kiddos for 3 months straight, we’ve got an idea. Apogee New Jersey, located at 131 Park Avenue in Lyndhurst, is a full-time education center that provides families and alternative learners with a dynamic, enriching, and experiential learning environment. The program is redefining what education and learning can look like, building confidence, friendship, and creativity with unique lessons like skateboarding, forest survival skills, LEGO building, Ju Jitsu, and more. Summer Camp Programs
Apogee New Jersey is an unconventional and immersive summer camp based on outdoor adventure. The curriculum is designed to build confidence, creativity, and lifelong friendships through its exciting programs, including:
Action Camp: Kick into full gear with these half or full-day camp sessions, including a variety of Brazilian Ju Jitsu classes, LEGO building, skateboarding camp, and more. Programs can be full or half day (AM or PM) and run from June 30th to August 15th for children ages 5 to 14 years old.
Forest Camp: This outdoor adventure camp is an exciting way to get outdoors and experience nature in its purest form. Think outdoor games, shelter building, nature arts, and creek play with different themes each week, all at the Alonzo F Bonsal Wildlife Preserve in Montclair. This camp runs from June 30th to August 8th from 9AM to 1PM.
Apogee New Jersey is more than a summer camp — it’s a community-focused, hands-on learning environment that introduces skill sets that traditional programs typically do not.
Year-Round Educational Programs
The team at Apogee New Jersey also has a variety of programs designed to empower students (and even adults) with confidence, leadership, and independence all year long. Some of those programs include:
Full and Half Day Programs: focus on physical fitness, project-based learning, and leadership development.
Friday Enrichment: includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, field rips, first aid, marine biology, culinary arts, and more.
After-School Programs: provide enrichment, leadership, mentorship, and growth for children and adults.
